He said that the Government of Sudan carries the responsibility for the killing of innocent citizens in Darfur and North Kordofan. The officer referred specifically to the repeated militia attacks on citizens in North Kordofan&rsquo;s capital, El Obeid, and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n<p>Abdel Razig revealed that &ldquo;5,500 Janjaweed forces were trained and organised in a special camp in Khartoum&quot;.
