They also appealed to Unamid to stop the militias\u2019 assaults on citizens and the displaced.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diarrhoea and vomiting <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The spokesman for the newly displaced &nbsp;in Kalma camp reported the outbreak of diarrhoea and vomiting among children and the elderly who fled the attacks by the \u201cRapid Support militias led by Himeti\u201d on the areas southeast of Nyala on 27 and 28 February.<\/p>\n<p>He explained to Radio Dabanga that \u201cthe outbreak of the diseases is the result of stress, moving from one environment to another, and not eating food for a long time.
