He pointed out that about 4,300 newly displaced were covered by the distribution, \u201cincluding those who have been registered and verified by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt least 5,000 newcomers did not receive a ration, as they did not obtain a registration card yet.
