There, other Border Guards troops opened fire on the police, which led to a number of dead and wounded on both sides, in addition to a number of citizens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Schools, government institutions, and shops shut their doors. Citizens fled to their homes.<\/p>\n<p>The Governor of North Darfur State, Osman Kibir, said that one policeman and one militiaman were killed, and two civilians injured.
