The newly displaced are most affected as they lack shelter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abu Sharati appealed to relief organisations to speed-up the provision of shelter for the displaced to protect them from sun and rain.<\/p>\n<p><em>File photo: For some displaced people, plastic sheeting is the only protection from the rain.
