He urged the organisation to speed up the revision so that the newly displaced will be able to obtain&nbsp;food rations.<\/p>\n<p>Radio Dabanga reported on 7 May that the newly displaced at El Salam camp staged a demonstration that day against what they called \u201cthe manipulation and procrastination of their registration by the Sudanese Humanitarian Commission\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>By 7 May, the newly displaced had officially registered their names four times within two months. First, the registration process was done by a committee consisting of HAC, UNHCR and the IOM. The second time, the details of the new.y displaced were registered by HAC and the camp elders, the third time by a HAC team, and the fourth registration was done by a South Darfur State HAC committee.<\/p>\n<p>The IOM would start on 19 May again with the re-registration and verification of the newly displaced.
