The protesters described his refusal as \u201ca disregard of our case\u201d, and threatened to continue demonstrating, the head of the Beni Hussein Consultative Council, Masar El Doma, told Radio Dabanga.<\/p>\n<p>The memorandum that the tribesmen wanted to hand to the Parliament, mentioned the killing of 1,013 Beni Hussein, and the injury of 700 others, El Doma said.<\/p>\n<p>The head of the Beni Hussein Consultative Council said that their memo demands the government to restore the rule of law, and to lift the Abbala siege on the roads.<\/p>\n<p>He warned for a famine looming in the region, as \u201cthe Abbala are besieging most areas in the locality since four months\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe people of El Sareif Beni Hussein are suffering from a shortage of food and medicines because of the insecurity and the road blocks.
