According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Sudan, the number of newly displaced in Darfur currently amounts to 261,065.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe newly displaced in El Salam camp wonder why the humanitarian organisations do not provide relief to them\u201d, Sheikh Mahjoub Adam Tabaldiya told Radio Dabanga. \u201cThe 6,387 people among the newly displaced who have finally been registered by the Organization for Migration (IOM) in May and June, have not received any aid so far.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese people fled from areas south and east of the Ed Daein-Nyala railway, from Gireida locality, and from the Bembere refugee camp in the Central African Republic\u201d, the sheikh explained.<\/p>\n<p>Tabaldiya stressed that they are living in a dire humanitarian situation.
