Gen. Adam Mahmoud Jarelnabi ordered the strict control by security and police forces of vehicles riding in Nyala without number plates. Tinted glass windows are prohibited too, \u201cincluding for all government vehicles\u201d. Motorcycles will be banned between 7 pm and 7 am.<\/p>\n<p>The wearing of the \u201ckadamool\u201d, a turban-veil covering the face, is strictly forbidden, as well as the carrying of weapons by \u201cpeople in civilian clothes\u201d. The firing of guns is prohibited \u201cat all occasions\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Hadi Eisa, the Commissioner of Nyala North locality, explained at a press conference in South Darfur\u2019s capital on Tuesday that the measures were taken as \u201clife has become unbearable in Nyala\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe security forces will strictly deal with thieves and robbers within the city.
