The security threatened them that they would be immediately detained again if they would continue to \u201cincite citizens\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>There are still 21 SCP members detained in Sudan, among them SCP chairman Ibrahim El Sheikh in En Nahud, West Kordofan. On Sunday, the security authorities renewed the detention of three SCP leaders, held in En Nahud and El Fula, West Kordofan, for a period of six months.<\/p>\n<p>El Sheikh&nbsp;has been charged with&nbsp;undermining the Sudanese Constitution after he had publicly denounced the widespread attacks by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces on civilians in Darfur and Kordofan. The SCP refuses to apologise for their chairman\u2019s criticism of the militia, saying that they stand behind their leader.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will not withdraw our standpoint on the atrocities committed by the RSF, as the authorities requested from El Sheikh in exchange for his and the other party members\u2019 release.
