He was taken to an unknown destination.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sheikh Tabaldiya said that the reasons for the arrest are unclear. He expressed his fear that Dafallah may be tortured, and appealed to human rights organisations to intervene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The South Darfur State authorities on 15 June embarked on a wide campaign to curb the rampant insecurity in its capital and surrounding areas. Security forces searched districts in Nyala for weapons and stolen goods. In this context, the Dereig camp for the displaced in Nyala locality was raided and searched by a military force last Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Two days before this raid, on 5 August, a large military force searched El Salam camp, assaulted and robbed the displaced, and detained more than 75 people. Most of them were released a few days later.
