Besides, it is seeking to break through its isolated position.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe ruling National Congress Party was the party that left the negotiation table. They opted instead for a military solution, which has entirely failed. As for the SPLM-N, we have left the stage of a partial solution, for the Blue Nile and South Kordofan only, behind us, and are cooperating with the opposition forces for a comprehensive solution for all the crises in the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arman said that the signatories of the Paris Declaration, the SRF and the National Umma Party (NUP), received an invitation to meet with the chairman of the mediation team, Thabo Mbeki, and the Ethiopian Prime Minister in Addis Ababa next week. \u201cThis meeting can be considered as part of Mbeki&#8217;s consultations with political forces in Khartoum on the Paris Declaration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SPLM-N\u2019s Secretary-General welcomed these consultations.
