Three Eastern Front leaders were appointed as Assistant to the President.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe ESPA contains&nbsp;three&nbsp;protocols: about power sharing, wealth sharing, and&nbsp;security arrangements,\u201d Daoud explained. The contents are&nbsp;supposed&nbsp;to be incorporated&nbsp;in&nbsp;the Sudanese Constitution,&nbsp;but nothing of that happened.
