The ex-combatants have had to wait until August this year, before the implementation of the security arrangements was realised, and the procedure of their integration into the Sudan Armed Forces started.<\/p>\n<p>The JEM-Sudan delegation discussed with the first vice-president the DDPD power-sharing protocol as well.
