Seven women were raped in East Jebel Marra on Monday. An Antonov bombed various areas in the region on Monday and Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Militiamen raped three women of the village of Kuku in East Jebel Marra on Monday.  On the same day, four displaced women were raped on their farmlands, 4 km north of Shangil Tobaya, witnesses told Radio Dabanga.<\/p>\n

The witnesses also reported that an Antonov of the Sudanese Air Force bombed areas of East Jebel Marra on Monday and Tuesday. The bombardments did not cause any casualties among the people.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe air raids on Monday targeted the areas of Torbua and Dibba Naira. About 75 camels and cows were fatally hit,\u201d one of the witnesses told Radio Dabanga. \u201cOn Tuesday, areas in the vicinity of Landa village, near Shangil Tobaya, were bombed, killing an unknown number of livestock.\u201d<\/p>\n

The witnesses noted that the bombardments most probably took place to protect a convoy of 15 military trucks and 25 fuel tankers, en route from El Fasher, capital of North Darfur, to South Darfur\u2019s capital of Nyala.<\/p>\n
