According to the weekly bulletin of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Sudan, the programme, which started in July 2010, had been serving just over 51,000 displaced people in the camp.<\/p>\n<p>The milling voucher programme aimed at improving the level of food consumption. It intended to reduce the need for people who receive aid to sell part of their assistance to cover the cost of milling, reducing of consumable food available.
