The campaigns will last three days and target all children living in the localities, and those of the camps for displaced people and Arab nomads.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking with Radio Dabanga, Dr Limya Mohamed Abdalla, the Director of Central Darfur&rsquo;s Department of Immunization, reported that the campaign against polio is targeting children aged between one day to 6 years old. The campaign to reduce the rate of vitamin A deficiency is meant for children aged between 6 months to five years old.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Abdalla appealed via Radio Dabanga to all mothers to keep their children inside the houses for the entire period of the campaigns, that end on Wednesday 5 November.
