On Saturday, Adam Mohamed Hamid El Nahla announced that a number of &ldquo;mean-spirited people&rdquo; took advantage of the flow of traffic and ease of transport via the Western Salvation Road, to flood the state with shoddy medicines and spoiled food.<\/p>\n<p>He made his announcement at the opening of Nabdel El Hayat Hospital in El Fasher.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Mohamed Ahmed Abdelhafiz, the state&#39;s Minister of Health, announced that his Ministry seeks to rehabilitate seven localities, and raise the primary health-care coverage.<\/p>\n<p>He added that work is underway for the rehabilitation of El Fasher Teaching Hospital, at a cost amounting to more than five million Sudanese pounds ($814,800).
