Militiamen attacked her and raped her, a witness reported. They made off with the beans she had collected.<\/p>\n<p>The witness further reported to the station that pro-government militiamen riding camels raped a 25-year-old woman in her home in Masalit, five kilometres west of Tabit, on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n<p>Dali, Masalit, Karfalla, and Koshinga also witnessed attacks from armed camel herders on the farms in the area on Wednesday and Thursday. The herders beat the farmers with sticks and rifle butts, or hit them with whips.
