{"id":181636,"date":"2015-11-23T20:24:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-23T20:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dabangasudan.preview.websight.nl\/sudan-govt-spla-n-rebel-negotiation-stalemate\/"},"modified":"2015-11-23T20:24:00","modified_gmt":"2015-11-23T20:24:00","slug":"sudan-govt-spla-n-rebel-negotiation-stalemate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dabangasudan.org\/en\/all-news\/article\/sudan-govt-spla-n-rebel-negotiation-stalemate","title":{"rendered":"Sudan Govt. &#8211; SPLM-N rebel negotiation stalemate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The negotiations between the Government and the Sudan People&rsquo;s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) concerning a comprehensive cessation of hostilities and cease fire in the Two Areas (South Kordofan and Blue Nile) remain deadlocked.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The government insists on a comprehensive cease fire, while the SPLM-N seeks a partial cessation of hostilities in order to deliver aid to those affected.<\/p>\n<p>The African Union mediators were expected to hold a crucial meeting between the delegations on Sunday, to reach an agreement on a compromise mediation draft.
