Human rights activist Abdelbagi Jibril made these remarks to Radio Dabanga on the occasion of the World Day for Human Rights. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He said that the Khartoum Government record is the worst in the abused of human rights, as the perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide are freely moving. He said they provoke victims and add injuries to their pains. Jibril appealed to the international community to exert pressure on the international institutions to arrest and prosecute the perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Darfur. \u2028<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return of organisations to Darfur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hussein Abu Sharati, the spokesman for the Darfur Displaced and Refugees Association&nbsp;said that after ten years people are still living in the displacement and refugee camps and in the diaspora. He added that an displaced person cannot go out of the camp for more than half of a kilometre for firewood collection [in fear of attacks and rapes]. He appealed to the United Nations Security Council for the need to return the expelled organisations to Darfur so as to enable the displaced people to survive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peaceful resistance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Sudanese Group for Democracy First has called on the international and regional community not to compromise the human rights issues with the violators of those rights in Sudan in return for their political interests. It has called in a statement on all civil forces in Sudan to escalate action in order to assume their rights through peaceful resistance.
