Kuwa Shemaal and Rev. Hassan Abdelrahim, both pastors of the Sudanese Church of Christ in Khartoum, were taken from their homes by security agents, their relatives said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The security officers did not provide them with the reasons for the detention, nor where they have been taken.<\/p>\n<p>Abdelrahim is a moderator in the Sudanese Church of Christ, while Shemaal is Head of Missions, <em>Radio Tamazuj<\/em> reported on Saturday..<\/p>\n<p>Their relatives are asking the international community of churches to put pressure on the Sudanese government to release the two men.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, two South Sudanese preachers were detained and charged with capital offences.
