Their already poor living conditions worsened after the failure of the agricultural season last year.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The source said that the area also witnesses a large number of school drop-outs, caused by the scarcity of schools, the rampant insecurity, and the growing poverty. &ldquo;Many children search for a job to cover their daily meals instead of going to school,&rdquo; he explained.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the state authorities &ldquo;do not seem to care.
