Flour is extremely scarce in the area.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The licences for the stalls selling charcoal were formally extended two weeks ago, Ahmed Hassan Dirar, one of the affected stall owners told Radio Dabanga on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;30 policemen carried out the decision to remove the stalls.
