A 20-year-old woman died in an ambulance when it was delayed by the traffic congestion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The roads were closed because of the rally celebrating the conclusion of the first phase of the National Dialogue and the presentation of recommendations to the President of Sudan. People waited for hours in transport stations and main streets of Khartoum for buses and vehicles to take them to workplaces downtown.<\/p>\n<p>The father of a 20 year-old woman said that his daughter died in an ambulance while it was taking her to a hospital amid the traffic congestion. Cars were unable to move over for the ambulance.
