he said. &ldquo;Moreover, the slaughtering places are located close to refuse dumps, which affect both human and the animal health.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This did not prevent the authorities from imposing exorbitant fees on the butchers: SDG50 ($8.20) for a camel, SDG45 ($7.30) for a cow, and SDG25 ($4.10) for a goat,&rdquo;
