Moreover, the pump operates for a limited times during the day.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>He said that two other sources are inoperative as the pump engines have broken down. &ldquo;This and the influx of large numbers of newly displaced from Jebel Marra exacerbated the problem. About 150 donkeys and sheep have already died of thirst.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The military forces stationed at Tabit have priority over the well.
