said Edmund Yakani, Executive Director of the&nbsp;Community Empowerment for Progress Organisation. &ldquo;This is good responsible action.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Taban still faces charges of &ldquo;publishing or communicating false statements prejudicial to Southern Sudan&rdquo;
