Gen. Ahmed Bin Auf and Central Darfur Governor Jaafar Abdelhakam, the president also instructed the implementation of the security arrangements for the former rebel fighters.<\/p>\n<p>More than 80 members of the Sudan Liberation Movement led by Abdelwahid El Nur (SLM-AW) defected from the Jebel Marra units in October. On 6 November, their leaders El Amin El Tahir (known as Toro), Abu Jamal Bakr, and Shihabeldin Hagar signed a peace accord with the Central Darfur government in Zalingei.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, the Central Darfur governor told reporters in Khartoum that Al Bashir instructed the Defence Minister and him &ldquo;to take care of the groups that signed the peace agreement, and the humanitarian situation in the Jebel Marra area&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>He further &ldquo;ordered the completion of the demobilisation and reintegration procedures for those who have not been integrated already in the regular forces&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Lt. Col.
