He also ridiculed the federal Ministry of Health that continues to define the disease as watery diarrhoea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blue Nile state<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reports about the spread of &ldquo;watery diarrhoea&rdquo; in various parts of Sudan increased during the last quarter of 2016. At least 17 people died of the disease in <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dabangasudan.org\/en\/all-news\/article\/blue-nile-counts-more-deaths-by-watery-diarrhoea\">Blue Nile state<\/a><\/u> in September.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dabangasudan.org\/en\/all-news\/article\/eastern-sudan-six-diarrhoea-patients-die-97-treated-in-hospitals\">Health Ministry reported cases<\/a> in Blue Nile and Kassala in southern and eastern Sudan and River Nile state in northern Sudan in the same month.
