collect evidence and study the files of the crimes of members of the former regime, and document corrupt officials during the period of the former regime.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The gathering of evidence will be conducted in preparation for filing criminal proceedings before the prosecution and the competent courts in respect of crimes of murder, torture, violations, corruption and waste of public money.<\/p>\n<p>The SDLF has called on \u201cwhoever possesses documents or any proof that serves the above-mentioned subject to communicate with the committee of the Democratic Lawyers Front formed for this purpose\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The governor of North Darfur, Maj Malik Khojali, formed a security committee to assess the offices and assets of the National Congress Party in the state, according to the directives of the state\u2019s Transitional Military Council headed by Col Muawya Mustafa.<\/p>\n<p>The committee will submit its report within a week.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><em>Visit\u00a0<a
