According to the Sudan Doctors Central Committee, 108 people have been killed since Monday, when paramilitaries of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and security forces violently dismantled the sit-in<\/a> in front of the general command of the Sudanese army in Khartoum and similar vigils in capitals of various states. The Undersecretary<\/strong> of the Sudanese Ministry of Health claimed the number of deaths ‘has not exceeded 46’.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the victims was air traffic controller Mohamed Ahmed Abdelgayoum, who was shot in the head in his house in front of his children and family on Wednesday. He had refused to go with the RSF militiamen to break the strike at the airport and was then shot. The Sudan Doctors Central Committee also reported the RSF killed three sisters in front of their mother in their house at El Sahafa.<\/p>\n

The committee conducted an investigation into 64 dead  in various hospitals in Khartoum and other cities.<\/p>\n
