The two films were broadcast in June and portray the demonstrators in front of the army command as murderers, saboteurs, and agitators.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wael Saeed, rapporteur of the Legal Support Committee of the Democratic Lawyers Alliance, told Radio Dabanga that complaints were filed under the Criminal Code and the Press and Publications Act, invoking articles that incite hatred against communities, disturb public safety, influence the course of justice, spread false news, and defame reputation.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the complaint was taken over by the prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>According to the lawyer the two movies caused great harm to the Sudanese people. He considered them lacking in integrity and raising hatred against a particular group.<\/p>\n<p>The committee called on those affected to join the complaint and to seek civil compensation.
