Both the government and the society should intervene and help them out.<\/p>\n<p>According to the last survey among the inhabitants of Sudan&rsquo;s capital, conducted in 2013, there are about 4,000 homeless people living in Khartoum.<\/p>\n<p>The NGO director said the government does not support them.
