The march moved from the city\u2019s market to the office of State Governor, Fathi Mohamed Khalil. Sources told Radio Dabanga that while the police prevented the demonstrators from entering the building of the Governor\u2019s office en masse, they did allow five representatives through, who handed the Governor a memorandum. Khartoum At the same time in Khartoum 2, security services prevented a similar demonstration, demanding the release of all detainees. Four of the organisers were detained, including Salah, the father of one of the detainees.
