Omar Mohamed believe that these issues, among others, have contributed to the worsening security situation and favouring of criminals. As for the security in South Darfur, Governor Adam El Faki stressed that there should be coordination between localities that connect the state with neighbouring states, so as to resolve the problems that generate friction between farmers and herders, and combat \"negative phenomena\" in the border regions. The state government directed the locality commissioners on Thursday to submit periodic reports on the implementation of the security plan and directives.
