They demanded medicines,\u201d a staff member of the hospital told Radio Dabanga. \u201cWhen the director told them to form a queue, to properly hand them the medicines, they locked him up in one of the hospital rooms, and started shooting into the air. The nurses and visitors immediately fled from the hospital.\u201d After the gunmen left, the hospital administration evacuated the patients, and temporarily closed the hospital, the staff member said.
