The demonstrators blocked El Jumhuriya and El Baladiya streets, two main roads in downtown Khartoum. They chanted slogans as “The people want to overthrow the regime”, “Leave, leave Al Bashir”, and “Justice, peace, freedom, and revolution is what the people want”.
