The groups accused the Sudanese government and its militias for the implementation of the attack.JEM: Government behind attackJibril Adam Bilal, spokesperson of the JEM told Radio Dabanga that the movement strongly condemned the killing of the UNAMID soldier, which is in turn responsible for the protection of Darfuri civilians.“The Sudanese government and its allied militias are responsible for orchestrating this killing. The area where the accident took place is in complete control of the government and its militias,” he said.Jibril Adam Bilal praised the role of the UNAMID in the region and called on the authorities to protect civilians.SLA-AW: Strengthen UNAMID mandateThe SLA-AW also strongly condemned the attack of the UNAMID peacekeepers.
